Free shipping is included with every order. We aim to dispatch your order within one business day, with delivery taking 1-3 business days via Singapore Post or courier service.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

Yes! We'll handwrite your personal message and mail your card directly to your recipient at no extra cost! Simply include:

• Your message (in the Order Notes or via email)
• The recipient's complete shipping address

You may return an item within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact us for instructions on returning the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

The returned item must be in suitable re-sale condition. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used.
